SHIPPING

We only ship to Canada and the United States at the moment. We are working on shipping worldwide soon.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They are estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). 

Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

CANADIAN ORDERS

Domestic Orders via Canada Post.

Standard transit times are 3-9 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Express shipping options for 1-2 business days are available at the check out.

USA ORDERS

Cross border shipping via Canada Post.

Standard transit times are 4-8 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Express shipping options for 2-3 business days are available at the check out.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

You will receive email updates for order confirmation and shipping and tracking information.

We send our packages with a tracking number and signature release for purchases over $100 CAD.

Please provide accurate information at the checkout. We are not held responsible for:

* Mistakes made by Shipping provider

* Wrong addresses given by customers

* Damage to orders by postal service

* PO box issues

* Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the “safe drop” option)

RETURNS

We want to make sure that your purchase is perfect, however, if something isn’t quite suitable, then we’re here to help!

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order.

Details:

All returns must be mailed in their original condition, with packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.

For Hygenic reasons, Earrings are Final sale.

We cannot accept returns on earrings. They are still covered by the 365 day quality warranty.


We cannot refund gift bags/boxes/packaging, gift cards, shipping costs, custom and duties.

Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can take up to 7 business days for the refunded money to show in your CC account.

WARRANTY

The 365 day quality and manufacturer warranty applies to our items purchased directly from ANDE (www.andetoronto.com) and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

Your receipt is required for a warranty claim.

The warranty DOES NOT COVER:

* General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care

* Scratches or chips from force

* Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party

* Lost or stolen goods or parts
